일단 전제로 깔아두는 건 부상이 아직 있는 건지 부상 안고 계속 경기를 뛰어서 지금 체력적으로 좀 힘든 건지 정확한 이유는 알 수 없지만 슬럼프를 겪고 있는 것 같다. 타이밍이 계속 미세하게 엇나가고 있고(이건 사실 부상 이후 6월 중순부터도 그랬는데 상대팀에 강한 투수들이 없어서 크게 티가 안 난지도 모르겠다.), 너무 변화구 대응과 수비 시프트에만 집중하는 것인지 패스트볼에 타이밍이 잘 맞지 않는다. 그래서 올해 패스트볼 스탯이 -로 떨어져있는데 레인저스에는 좋은 코치들이 없나?! 설마 선수 혼자서만 연구하고 대응하는 건 아니겠지...
{Once I can't know sure reason whether he still has injuries or played to have injuries and struggled by physical strength now on the assumption, but I think he is experiencing slump. His Batting timing isn't slightly matching in succession(he was honestly so from the middle of June after his injuries, it couldn't stand out so there weren't strong pitchers to opponent teams.), his timing doesn't match well about fastball over 95 mile whether he was concentrating about only breaking balls and defensive shifts. So his fastball stat is -number this season, isn't there a good coach in Rangers? Isn't it researching and adjusting only player...?}
올해 그라운드볼이 많아서 사실 저 수치가 별 의미는 없는데 그래도 마음에 걸려서 가지고 왔다. 원래 세이버에서 그라운드볼 비율이 높으면 별로 좋지 않다고 보는데 이 녀석은 오히려 발사각은 신경 안쓰고 강한 타구를 날려 시프트를 깨는 방법도 함께 활용하고 있어서(아무리 그래도 장타 나오기가 쉽지는 않으니까...) 크게 의미를 두지는 않았다. 그래도 지금 그라운드볼 비율이 너무 높긴 해서 본인 평균 커리어인 40%대 초반까지는 내리긴 해야 할 듯 한데 올해 실험이 성공하냐 마냐에 따라 어떻게 될지 지켜봐야할 것으로 보인다.
그리고 휴스턴이 왜 센터 방향은 비워두고, 양 사이드로 수비수들을 이동시키나 했더니 저 타구 방향 보고 알았다. 원래 당겨치는 비율이야 어느 타자든 높을 수 밖에 없기 마련인데 이 아이는 밀어치는 비율 또한 높은 대신 센터 쪽으로 가는 타구가 적었나보다. 그래서 오늘 센터 쪽으로 102마일 타구를 날리기는 했는데 그 위치에 가 있던 3루수였던가, 그 선수한테 잡혔었고 말이다.
Hard%와 BABIP 보니까 타구 운이 확실히 안 따라주는 것도 맞는 듯 싶다. 가장 강한 타구를 날리는 두 명이 공교롭게 제일 부진한 것을 보면 휴스턴 코칭 스태프가 진짜 대단하긴 한 듯... 시프트가 일정 부분 먹혀들고 있으니까......그것도 좌타자 일반적인 시프트가 아닌 맞춤식 시프트로 말이다. 이런 거 보면 시프트 진짜 짜증나긴 하는데 그렇다고 시프트 룰 만드는 것도 맞는 것 같지는 않고 참으로 답답할 따름이다.
물론 휴스턴 투수들의 선전이 있기에 이 시프트가 먹혀드는 것 또한 사실이다. 매우 빠른 패스트볼과 함께 제2,3구종의 변화구들도 예사롭지 않아서 삼진도 많이 당했다. 그래도 원래 노마가 예전부터 댈러스 카이클한테는 강했는데 올해 홈런친 거 제외하고 나머지 타석에서 고전하고 있는 것 보면 무슨 연유로 타이밍이 안 맞는 것인지는 좀 더 연구해봐야 알 수 있을 것 같다. 카이클이 올해 강한 타구 비율이 가장 적은 투수 중 한 명으로 알고 있는데 휴스턴 투수 코치는 대체 어떤 사람인 것인가?! (부러워서 그런다;;; ㅜㅜ)
{In fact, GB% stat doesn't mean a little bit so he's hitting a lot of ground balls this season, but I brought something makes me uncomfortable. Naturally it considers not good high GB% in Sabermetrics, however I didn't bigly consider cause he doesn't take care of launch angle, is using to hit a ball hardly and a way breaking shifts(actually it isn't easy to make extra base hits as word...). By the way I think he should go down to the early 40s% caused by his too high GB% right now, it seems to wait and see how will this experiment progress this season.
And I've realized to see batted balls' way why Houston emptied the center side and made to move defenders to both sides. Naturally almost hitters are high about Pull%, he wasn't hitting to center field a lot instead of high Oppo%. So he sent a batted ball of 102 mph to center field today, but 3B(?) who was in the space caught the batted ball.
I think it is also true batted balls wasn't lucky by Hard% and BABIP. It sees two people who made the hardest batted balls haven't been doing well as irony would have it, I think coaching staffs of Astros are really great... Because defensive shifts are taking effect somewhat...... It's personalized shifts no general shifts. I'm really irritated shifts due to this, even thought that, I don't agree making shift rules, I'm just feeling stuffy.
Of course, it's also true this shifts take effect cause by very good pitchers of Astros. They have the 2nd and 3rd breaking balls with very quick fastball, so he had many strikeouts. From the first time, Nomar was recording good grades against Dallas Keuchel before, but he's struggling extra batting box except hitting a home-run, I think I can realize researching a little more what is the reason. I've known Keuchel is recording a few Hard% this season, who pitching coach of Astros is? (I mention so I feel jealousy;;;T.T}

자세히 더 봐야할 거 같지만(특히 마지막 표는 이해가 안되는 부분이 있어서) 강한 타구 비율이 높긴 했던 거 같다. 내야에 있는 강한 타구는 모두 아웃되었고, 포수 근처 공은 팝플라이 같은데 이건 다 파울 플라이였나보다. 중간 타구는 안타로 빠져나간 것도 있긴 한데 아무리 봐도 일정 부분 시프트가 먹혀들고 있는 건 맞는 듯 싶다.
어차피 내일부터는 디트로이트와의 경기라 굳이 급하게 볼 건 없기는 한데 안타까운 마음에 그냥 한번 해봤다. 배팅 타이밍이 안 맞는 부분은 나보다는 현장에 있는 사람들이 영상 자료 보고 분석하는 게 훨씬 더 정확할 것이고...!!! 느낌상으로 캐치는 한다해도 기술적인 부분은 통계보다 훨씬 더 모르니 그건 전문가들이 자세히 들여다봐주길 바란다...!!!
{I think I watch that in detail(especially there's some part doesn't understand me about the final table), it was high rate of hard batted balls. Hard batted balls in infield was out, it looks like pop fly about balls near catcher, was foul fly. There were some singles about mid batted balls, but it seems it is true effect of shifts.
It didn't urgently need to see so Rangers will play with Detroit Tigers from tomorrow, I've just researched to have sad heart once. I think it is much more correct that experts on the field than me watch over and over again and analyze abut issues of his batting timing...!!! Even if I become aware of something part in my hunch, I don't know technical part much better than statistics, so I wish experts find out that issues in detail...!!!}
