『한 여자가 에메랄드 빛의 해안을 보며 끝도 없이 펼쳐진 백사장을 조용히 걷고 있었다. 한 손에는 카메라를 들고, 다른 한 손으로 새하얀 솜뭉치처럼 보이는 몰티즈의 어깨끈을 쥐며 느릿느릿 그 사이를 가로지르고 있다. 때마침 붉은 석양이 드리우며 그녀의 발걸음을 멈추게 만들었고, 몰티즈와 함께 잠시 백사장에 주저앉아 수평선을 지그시 바라보며 카메라 셔터를 누르기 시작한다. 그 순간, 누군가가 다가와 그 둘을 넓고 든든한 어깨로 감싸주었고, 그렇게 그들은 따스한 속삭임을 주고 받으며 다시 백사장 한쪽 끝을 향해 걸어가기 시작했다.』
삶의 여유 그리고 자유를 꿈꾸다보면 항상 이런 모습들을 그리곤 한다. 바다, 해변, 강아지, 로맨틱한 풍경, 카메라 등등...... 아마도 인생의 축소판이라고 볼 수 있는 여행이란 단어가 나에게 그러한 여유로움과 자유를 안겨주는 주된 요소이지 않을까하는 생각이 든다. 지금으로선 미르를 다시 만날 수 없는 상황이지만 천국에서 나중에 미르와 재회하고, 사랑하는 사람과도 합류하게 되면 저런 따스한 풍경이 펼쳐질 것이라 믿어보며 이 글을 시작해본다.

Dreaming composure of life and liberty, I've always used to draw like this. Ocean, beach, dog, romantic view, camera, etc...... Maybe It seems a word 'travel' can speak microcosm of life is an element that gives composure and liberty like that to me. It's a situation can't meet Mir again for now, but if I meet with Mir later and also join with loved one in heaven, I believe I can see wonderful view like that and start to post this writing.)

상황이 상황인지라 가성비 좋은 여행을 계획하여 이번에도 가보지 못한 4군데의 야구장을 돌아보며 나름 관광지도 알차게 찾아다닐 수 있었다. 여행을 다녀온 이후 미국 동부와 중부, 서부 그리고 한국까지 짧은 기간 안에 넘나드느라 가뜩이나 약해진 체력이 더 떨어지면서 시차 적응에 애를 먹은 건지 아니면 건강이 많이 안 좋아진 것인지 확실한 이유는 알 수 없지만 병원을 수시로 들락날락할 정도로 아프기도 했다. 그래도 이 여행에 대해서 후회는 없는 것이 여행 중에는 아픈 적이 전혀 없었기 때문에 돌아오는 것 자체가 나에게 더 스트레스로 다가오지 않았을까 싶고, 이게 더 설득력 있는 요인으로 느껴진다.
항상 그래왔듯이 관광, MLB 볼파크, 야구, 정리글까지 이렇게 나눠서 기록해볼 예정이고, 30개 구장(도시까지)을 모두 돌아보고 참고 자료를 조금 더 축적한 이후 이 자료들을 가지고 나만의 책을 한번 만들어보고 싶다는 생각이 든다. 판매 목적이 아닌 내 스스로 만들어나간 역사 그 흔적을 남기기 위해서......
(I planned cost-effective travel so my situation isn't good, had looked around 4 ball parks where I have never gone this time and could worthily look tourist attractions as my idea. After going back from travel, I can't know sure cause whether weak strength gets lower and I couldn't adjust jet leg so I had gone all the eastern and central and western area of US within short time or my health got worse pretty much, I've been sick as frequently going in and out of hospital. But the reason that has no regret about this travel is what had never been sick in middle that time at all, I thought coming back here by itself gave any more stresses to me, I feel this is more reasonable cause.
As I did so, I'm going to write dividing to the part of sightseeing and MLB ball parks and baseball and ending story, I've thought I would like to make only my book for using these materials after I all go to 30 ball parks(including cities) and accumulate more reference materials. For leaving trace of the history that I have been creating by myself not purpose of sale......)
12. [2018 MLB TOUR] 텍사스 레인저스 vs 토론토 블루제이스 경기 (4/27 ~ 29 Game : Texas Rangers vs Toronto Blue Jays Game)

텍사스 레인저스와 토론토 블루 제이스는 같은 지구 라이벌보다도 서로에게 더 큰 의미(?)가 있는 라이벌일 것이다. 물론 그 당사자 중 한 명은 현재 뉴욕 메츠 선수이지만 2015 ALDS의 그 악몽은 현재까지도 하이라이트로 계속 반복되고 있고, 레인저스 팬들에게는 나름의 상처(?)로 남아있다. 나 또한 레인저스 팬으로서 그 때 생각하면 기분이 좋을 리는 없지만 그렇다고 할지라도 이미 지난 매치에 대해서 크게 의미를 두지는 않는다. 그저 과거는 과거로 남기고, 우리 선수들이 현재 그리고 미래에 더 집중하여 잘해나가길 바랄 뿐이다.
어쨌든 이 경기를 가기 전에 혹시 블루 제이스 팬들에게 공격당하는 거 아닌가란 걱정이 약간 들었으나, 다행히 그런 일은 전혀 없었다. 뭐 혼자 온 여성팬이기도 했고, 아예 별로 관심을 두지 않아서 나로서는 괜한 걱정을 한 것이었다.
(Texas Rangers and Toronto Blue Jays will be rival has bigger meaning(?) than same division's rival at each other. Of course, one person of parties is New York Mets' player these days, but the nightmare of 2015 ALDS can watch highlight over and over again in the present time, it remains a kind of scar(?) to Rangers' fans. I'm also not good if I occur to my head the affair as Rangers' fan, even if that, I don't already put meaning about last match a lot. The past remains the past, I just wish my guys concentrate more about present and future.
Anyway I was worrying whether I am under any broadside from Blue Jays fan before going this game, but it wasn't fortunately so at all. I was a female fan alone, they didn't care of anything, so I had done unnecessary worry.)

반년만에 보는 멋진 우리 선수들을 보러 가려는 마음에 참 들떠있었던 것 같다. 자주 보면 이런 마음은 거의 없어지겠지만 끽해야 일년에 한두번 대략 6~9 경기 정도 볼 수 있는 상황이니 갈때마다 매번 떨린다. 원래 집관파가 아닌 직관파라 자주자주 경기장을 가줘야 하는데 그렇지 못하니 확실히 뭔가 정서 불안 증세도 생긴 것 같고 말이다. 그렇게 스트레스 풀 곳이 없어서 불안 장애가 경증이긴 해도 예전보다는 심해진 것일까......
로저스 센터에서의 첫 날, 이른 시간에 입장하여 선수들 훈련하는 모습을 구경할 수 있어서 더더욱 좋았다. 로저스 센터는 1.5시간도 아니고 2시간 전에 입장 가능한 것 같은 느낌이던데 나도 1~1.5시간 이전에 도착한 상황이라 자세히는 모르겠다.
(I was excited that I go to see my lovely guys a lot after a half-year. Flutter like his almost will disappear if I often see them, but whenever I go there I am excited every time so it is a situation can watch about 6 to 9 games once or twice a year going there at the maximum. From the first time, I'm not watching baseball game on TV, am watching game on the field, so I should often go to ground, but it isn't so, symptom of emotional instability surely appears at some time. There's no way to eliminate stresses like that, even though anxiety disorders is mild, is it getting worse than before......
The first day in Rogers Centre, I entered in the early time and was glad more and more cause I could watch my guys' practice. It looked like Rogers centre is available entering before 2 hours non 1.5 hours, I don't know well so I arrived it before 1 to 1.5 hours.)

마이크 마이너 vs 마르커스 스트로먼의 대결이었고, 껄끄러운 팀에다 그들의 홈구장이라 전혀 승리에 대한 기대감이 없었다. 내년도 달력을 위해 사진이나 열심히 찍자며 경기를 봤었으나, 이게 웬걸!!! 1사 상황에서 추신수와 드쉴즈가 각각 2,3루에 있었는데 여기서 우리 노마가 투수 다리 사이를 빠져나가는 103마일짜리 안타를 만들어내서 2점을 먼저 냈고, 여기서 바로 다음 타자였던 조이 갈로가 110마일짜리 401피트의 홈런을 작렬시키며 다시 2점을 추가로 내면서 초반 분위기를 잡았다.
하지만 바로 그 다음 이닝에 토론토가 1점, 2회에 2점, 3회에 1점을 더 내서 동점으로 다시 승부가 원점으로 돌아가는 상황이었다. 6회에 노마와 조이가 안타로 다시 출루해서 펠라파의 희생 번트로 1사 2, 3루 상황이었는데 여기서 로널드 구즈만이 2루타를 쳐서 주자들을 모두 홈으로 불러들였고, 이 스코어 그대로 경기가 끝났다.
조이, 로널드 모두 멀티히트 2타점씩 기록했으나, 노마가 3안타 2타점을 기록해서 이 날 Player of the day에 선정되어 인터뷰한 것 같다. 내 기억엔 이게 노마가 한 올 시즌 첫 인터뷰였던 거 같은데(전에도 할 기회는 있었는데 다른 선수로 선정함) 내가 간 첫 날 좋은 활약에 인터뷰까지 한 것이 날 정말 기쁘게 했다.
{It was Mike Minor vs Marcus Stroman, I didn't expect about victory at all so they are uncomfortable team to us and it is their's home. I was taking photography very hard for calendar of next year, what a surprised!! Choo and Deshields was on 2nd and 3rd base in one out, My Nomar made a base hit(exit velocity 103 mile) slipped through both legs of opponent pitcher and scored 2 points at first, Joey Gallo who was the next hitter exploded a home-run(exit velocity 110 mile and 401 ft) and added 2 points again, my team caught good feeling of the early time.
But Toronto scored 1 point in the next inning, 2 points in the 2nd inning, 1 point in the 3rd inning, so it was tie score. In the 6th inning, Nomar and Joey hit a base hit at each other and it became on 2nd and 3rd base by Felafa's sacrifice bunt, Ronals Guzman hit a double and runners entered into home plate, it finished game as it is.
Joey and Ronald all recorded multi-hits and 2 RBIs, but Nomar recorded 3 hits and 2 RBIs, so he was selected Player of the day and could interview this day. In my memory, this would be an interview Nomar did at the first time this season(it was some chance of interview before, another players were selected), good achievement and interview in my first day made me so glad.)

4/28 두번째 날은 조금 더 일찍 도착했다. 가끔 배팅 훈련하는 것을 보면 누가누가 홈런타구를 더 많이 치는지 경쟁하는 것 같은 느낌인데 역시 조이가 가장 많이 가장 크게 넘기기는 한다. 그 다음이 노마였고...... 간혹 여기서 너무 열심히 치면 경기 때 지치는 거 아닌가란 생각을 하곤 하는데 설마 알아서들 잘 관리하겠지! 뭐 투수들은 러닝 좀 하면서 정말 쉬엄쉬엄 공을 던지고, 외야로 오는 공을 줍는 정도만 한다.
(I arrived the earlier time on Apr 28. If I sometimes watch batting practice of players, it feels they compete who player hits homers much more, Joey hits a lot of homers and big homers, too. The next player's Nomar...... Anyway I used to think they will be tired in game if they hit very hard in that time of batting practice, I believe they manage themselves well! In case of pitchers, they often do running and really throw a ball, pick up some balls coming to outfield.)

이 날은 빅 섹시 바톨로 콜론과 제이미 가르시아의 대결로 콜론의 판정승으로 끝났다. 사실 이 때는 콜론에게 운이 많이 따를 때라 이길 수도 있겠다는 생각을 하고 있었는데 모처럼 뜬금 홈런포들과 상대 에러로 어렵지 않게 승리할 수 있었다. 물론 토론토 쪽도 홈런을 3개나 쳤으나, 모두 솔로포에 그쳤다.
로빈슨 치리노스가 멀티 홈런, 주릭슨 프로파가 투런 홈런을 쳤으며 추신수의 멀티 히트가 가미되어 조금 더 쉽게 이길 수 있었던 것 같다.
(It was Big Sexy Bartolo Colon vs Jaime Garcia this day, it finished win of Colon. In fact, Colon had a sort of luck this time, so I had been thinking we can win, it could easily win some home-runs and opponent error as I thought. Of course, Toronto had three home-runs, but all things was solo homer.
Robinson Chirinos hit multi-homer, Jurickson Profar hit 2-run homer, it added multi-hit of Choo, it looked like we could win a little easier.)

역시 스윕은 무리였던지 로저스 센터에서의 마지막 어웨이 게임은 7대 2로 승리하지 못했다. 마틴 페레즈가 작년 후반기의 폼을 전혀 찾지 못하고 있었고, 덩달아 타자들 대부분도 J.A.햅에게 고전했다. 노마가 원래 햅한테 잘했던 거 같은데 올해 뭔가 매커니즘이 달라진 게 있는지 생각 외로 공략이 안되었던 것 같다.
어쨌든 그 와중에 누네즈가 홈런을 쳤고, 펠라파가 3루에 있던 드쉴즈를 땅볼로 불러들였으나, 더 이상의 추가 점수는 뽑지 못했다.
(We didn't win by score 7 vs 2 in the last away game of Rogers Centre whether it could't win all games. Martin Perez has totally been losing his pitch form of the mid-end of the last season, hitters almost struggled to J.A. Happ in addition. I remembered Nomar did well to Happ, he didn't conquer than I thought whether his mechanism changes something.
Anyway Nunez hit a homer among that, Felafa made to come Deshields who was on the 3rd base by ground ball, but there was no score anymore after that.)
그래도 적진에서 2승 1패를 거두고 다음 적진으로 이동한다는 건 참 다행스러운 일이었던 것 같다. 성적이 원체 좋지 않았으니 더더욱 그랬고, 나의 존재를 누구도 알지 못하겠지만 내가 간 것이 일종의 토템(?)은 되었나 싶은 생각이 드니 기분이 나쁠리가 있나...!!! 그나저나 사랑스러운 내 선수들이 빨리 성장해줘야 할텐데......
(However what my team does 2-1 in enemy camp and moves to another enemy one was fortunately pretty good thing. My team's record hasn't been good, nobody knows my existence, but I thought my existence was a sort of totem, wouldn't my mind be bad...!!! Anyway wish my lovely guys should improve soon.)
