항상 글을 쓸 때면 첫 단어를 어떻게 시작해야 할지 많은 고민을 하게 되고, 그렇게 첫 줄 그리고 첫 문단만 완성하는데도 꽤 오랜 시간이 걸리는데 이번에도 여지없이 그런 긴 시간을 보내고 나서야 이렇게 첫 마침표를 찍어본다. 2016년의 끝자락에 다다른 지금에서야 지난 9월 중순부터 10월 중순까지 다녀온 27일간의 미국 여행에 대한 소소한 글을 시작하는 것이 다소 게을러 보이기는 하지만 말이다. 객관적으로는 매우 소소한 글이 되겠지만 내 개인적으로는 아주 큰 과업일지도 모르겠고......
어쨌든 작년부터 시작한 나의 버킷리스트 중 가장 달성하기 힘든 이 꿈을 이루기 위해 올해도 빠른 시점부터 많은 준비를 했고, 예상보다 긴 시간동안 MLB 야구장을 비롯한 각 도시의 명소도 함께 둘러볼 수 있었다. 아마 최소 몇 년간 다시 올 수 없는 소중한 기간이었을지도 모르겠다. 이 나라에서 일을 하려면 주말을 낀 7일 여행가는 것도 버겁기 때문에 그 추억 하나하나를 기록으로 남겨보고 싶다.
(When I always write, I agonizes a lot about how does first word start, it takes so long time what it completes only first line and first paragraph, I put the first dot after long time like that. It seems to be lazy a little what I start trivial writing about journey for 27 days being from the middle of September to the middle of October in the present time to reach the end of 2016. Maybe this becomes trivial writings objectively, but is great task in personality......
Anyway I prepared a lot from the early time this year for achieving this most difficult dream in my bucket list starting from last year, I can look around famous places of each other cities with MLB ball parks for long period than I expect. Maybe that was valuable period which can't experience the several years at least. I'd like to remain the memories one by one because If I try to work, it's so difficult tour of 7 days including weekend.)

여행 기간에 비해 다녀온 곳이 많지는 않지만 빡빡하게 일정 소화하는 것 자체를 별로 좋아하지도 않고, 주된 목표는 MLB 야구장 투어이기 때문에 그 시간을 제외한 나머지 시간을 활용할 수 있는 장소 위주로 다녀왔다. 여기서 몇몇 곳은 재방문할지도 모르니 그 때 못 돌아본 곳을 가면 될 것 같다.
올해 야구장 6곳을 돌아보면서 작년부터 지금까지 총 10곳을 돌았는데 앞으로 20곳이 더 남았고 거기에 더해 최소 3곳의 신구장이 건설될 예정이라 언제 이 꿈을 모두 이룰지는 모르겠다. 진짜 죽기 전까지 다 갈 수 있을까......
(I couldn't go many tourist attractions to compare journey period, but cause I don't like to digest intensive schedule and main bucket list is MLB ball park tour, I went mainly places where can use extra time except that time. It doesn't know I revisit several places in that ones, so I think I go omission at that time.
I went 6 ball parks this year and total 10 ball parks from last year to now, it remains 20 ones in the future, besides it will be constructed 3 new ones at least, I have no idea when this dream all comes true. Can I really go every MLB ball parks until I pass away in my life......)
이번에도 각각의 도시마다 관광 명소, MLB 야구장, MLB 게임 이렇게 세 가지의 주제로 글을 쓸 것이지만 알링턴 정규시즌의 경우 특별히 돌아본 관광지가 없어서 관광 명소 글은 생략하고, PNC 파크는 작년에도 다녀온 곳이라 야구장 투어 글을 생략할 것이며, 뉴욕 양키 스타디움 경기는 내 응원팀의 경기가 아니었어서 관광 명소에 넣을 것이고, 포트워스와 댈러스의 경우는 순수하게 관광만 했기에 관광 명소 글만 쓰게 될 것 같다. 마지막 알링턴 포스트시즌도 경기 관람만 했기 때문에 정리 글까지 하면 총 22개의 글을 써야 할 듯 싶다. 아, 언제 다 쓰지......
(I'll write 3 subjects of tourist attraction and MLB ball park and game at each cities at this time, however there isn't specially tourist attraction in case of regular season in Arlington, so I omit about tourist attraction's writing, also I'll omit ball park tour's writing cause I went to PNC park last year, again, it'll insert a game about yanks' game in New York to tourist attraction writing due to not my supporting time's game, I think I will write only tourist attraction's writing so it purely looked around in Fort Worth and Dallas. I think I will write total 22 writing to include complete post cause I watched only games about the final ALDS in Arlington. Um, when can I write all......)
15) [2016 MLB TOUR] 애리조나 다이아몬드백스 vs 워싱턴 내셔널스 경기 (9/26 ~ 27 Game : Arizona Diamondbacks vs Washington Nationals)

내셔널리그 동부지구 우승을 확정지은 후 열린 첫 홈 경기. 피츠버그에 미처 가지 못했던 팬들을 포함하여 이 구장에 있는 모든 이들이 기쁨에 넘쳐있었고, 어려운 일은 거의 다 끝난 상태라 그런지 뭔가 더 여유로운 분위기도 느껴졌다. 그래서 나도 조금 더 편안한 마음으로 경기를 지켜볼 수 있었던 것 같다.
(The first home game after confirming east division's winning in NL. Everyone who being at this ball park including fans who couldn't go to Pittsburgh was joyful and it felt also something more relaxed whether hard duty was almost over. So I thought I watch games to have more comfortable heart.)

9/26 이 날 내츠의 선발투수는 태너 로악이었고, 그 뒤로 유스메이로 페팃-트레버 고트-라파엘 마틴-루카스 지올리토가 등판하여 긴장이 좀 풀렸었는지 꽤 많은 실점들을 했다. 이 날 우천으로 경기가 중단되었고, 너무 피곤해서 숙소로 일찍 돌아갔는데 지올리토가 나온다는 걸 미리 인지하고 있었다면 끝까지 봤을텐데 좀 아쉽다! 물론 이 날 성적은 좋지 않았지만 아직 자라나는 꿈나무니까......
(Nats' starting pitcher was Tanner Roark on Sep, 26 and Yusmeiro Petit-Trevor Gott-Rafael Martin-Lucas Giolito took the mound followed by that, allowed many runs whether they weren't nervous. I came back at my hostel so this game was delayed this day and I was so tired, if I was aware playing Giolito, I would watch to the end, I regret about this! Of course, his record wasn't good, but he is still rising star to grow......)

이 날은 너무 일방적으로 승부가 흘러서 내츠 타자들도 컨디션 점검 정도로 경기를 했던 것 같다. 브라이스 하퍼가 부상이 있었다고 하여 그 자리에 브라이언 굿윈이 나와 꽤 좋은 타격을 해줬고, 드류도 1안타에 불과하긴 해도 꽤 좋은 타격감을 보여줬으며 특히 트레이 터너가 이 날 매우 잘했던 것 같다.
(I thought Nats batters played as condition check whether game's result determined very unilaterally this day. Bryce Harper was injury, so Brian Goodwin came a game instead him and he showed pretty good batting, Drew also showed pretty good batting sense even though just 1 hit, especially I thought Trea Turner was very good this game.)

이 날 옆에 다저스 팬 아저씨가 앉아있었고 그 바로 뒤에 내츠 팬 한분이 그 분과 이야기를 하셨는데 큰 카메라로 사진을 찍고 있던 내가 눈에 띄었는지 나에게도 여러가지 이야기를 하셨다. 한국에서 왔다니까 다저스 팬 아저씨는 류현진 선수 이야기하시면서 안타까워 하시고, 정호 이야기도 하시고 그랬는데 내가 지금 미국 야구장 투어를 하고 있다고 말씀드리니 다저스 팬 아저씨와 내츠 팬 아저씨 모두 매우 부러워 하시면서 모든 야구팬들의 꿈을 지금 하고 있는 거라고 말씀하셨다. 난 해외 여행을 가면 다른 것보다 현지인들과 대화를 하는 게 재미있다. 못하는 영어이긴 해도 서로 이해시키는 과정을 거치며 대화를 나누다보면 많은 것을 배우게 된다.
이 이야기들을 하는 중에 비가 오기 시작하면서 방수포가 덮혔는데 약 40분 후인가 비가 그쳐서 다시 이 방수포를 접을 때 모습을 찍어봤다. 역시 기술이 있어야 이 일도 할 수 있는 것 같다.
(A Dodgers fan was sitting next to me this day and one Nats behind him was talking, they talked some stories whether it was striking for me whom took a picture by big camera. I talked to come from Korea, Dodgers fan was talking about Hyun Jin Ryu and was sorry about him and talked to Kang, I talked I was doing ball park tour in MLB, a Dodgers fan and a Nats fan all envied me, they talked I was doing dream of every baseball fans now. I enjoyed that I go to travel and talk with native. Even though I can't do English, it talks it goes through a process that makes understand at each other, it can study many things.
It started to be raining in that conversation and tarpaulin was covered on the ground, I took some pictures they folded that tarpaulin after stopping rain about 40 minutes. If it also has some skill, it looks like that can work this duty.)

22살의 루카스 지올리토는 올 시즌 MLB 에서 선정된 유망주 1위인 선수였다. 그래서 더 큰 기대를 가지고 있었던 선수였는데 잘생기긴 했으나 나이답지 않은 외모로 일단 놀랐고(ㅋ), 거의 2미터에 육박하는 큰 키를 가지고 있어 더 강점이 있다. 이번 오프 시즌에 애덤 이튼 트레이드로 인해 시카코 화이트삭스의 선수가 된 것이 너무나도 안타까울 따름이다. 아직 화이트삭스 홈구장에는 가보지 못해서 다시 볼 기회야 있겠지만 내 응원팀에서 벗어나다보니 자주 볼 수 없다는 게 너무너무 슬프다.
스크리치는 뭔가 신사적인 면모가 돋보이는 마스코트였다. 유쾌한 모습으로 바쁘게 돌아다니면서도 매너를 잊지 않는 마치 이 도시의 분위기와 아주 잘 어울리는 친구였기 때문에 첫 인상이 매우 좋았고, 다음에는 꼭 같이 기념촬영을 하리라 마음 먹었다.
조 로스는 할머니가 한국인이라 본인도 반은 한국인이라고 생각하며 살아온 듯 하다. 언론에도 거림낌없이 한국의 피가 섞여있다 말하고 다닌다고 하니... 사실 난 애국심은 없는 사람이라 크게 여기지는 않지만 먼 타국에서 봐서 그런건지 또는 피는 물보다 진하기는 한지 뭔지 모르게 끌리는 부분은 있었던 것 같다... ㅎ
{Lucas Giolito of 22 years old was a the first place player of top prospector this season in MLB. So I have a lot of expectation, he's handsome, but once I was surprised a little due to his look not age(^^), he has strength more so he's long tall of 6.6 ft(201m). He became Chicago White Sox's player according to trade with Adam Eaton in this off season, I'm so sorry he became White Sox's player. I have an opportunity to see cause I haven't never been to home of Chicago White Sox, but I'm so sad I can't often watch him due to not being my supporting time.
Screech was prominent mascot having something gentlemanly aspect. Because he was a guy who matches with this city's feeling he went around pleasantly and busily and forgot manner in the same time, his first impression was very good and I decided to leave recordation picture taking with him next time.
I think Joe Ross thinks and lives he's a half Korean so his grandmother was a Korean. I heard he talks to mix Korean's blood without reserve in media... In fact, I'm person who don't have patriotism, so I doesn't regard sense of kinship, but it unconsciously had attentive part whether I saw him in far another country or blood is thicker than water.)

9/27 내츠의 선발투수는 맥스 셔저였고, 그 뒤로 새미 솔리스-숀 켈리-마크 멜란슨이 나와 잘 막았다. 맥스는 6이닝동안 10삼진 2실점으로 잘 던져줬고, 나머지 불펜 투수들이 1이닝씩 잘 맡아줬다. 어찌보면 이 선수들이 포스트 시즌 때도 가장 믿을만한 투수들이었을텐데 내가 포스트 시즌을 잘 못 봐서 자세히는 모르겠지만 이 라인의 불펜 투수들은 잘했던 것 같다.

Max recorded 10 strike out and 2 runs in 6 inning and pitched well, the reliefs pitched well at each 1 inning. Even these players was the most credible pitchers in postseason, I didn't know well so I couldn't watch play of their postseason, but it seemed these reliefs was good.)

이 날의 승부는 앤써니 랜돈의 3점 홈런으로 갈리면서 다소 싱겁게 끝났다. 그래도 내츠 선수들의 경기 모습 뿐만이 아니라 덕아웃에서 잡담하거나 장난치는 모습들도 계속 볼 수 있어서 더 즐거웠던 것 같고, 저 인터뷰 사진에서 보듯이 선수들의 밝은 모습을 볼 수 있어서 더 좋았다.
(Nats won by 3 run homer of Anthony Rendon and it easily finished this day. Anyway I was more pleased so I could continuously see that Nats players chat or have a lark in dugout, even though play of Nats players, I was better cause I could see bright figure like interview's photo.)

애리조나 다이아몬드백스의 간판 선수 폴 골드슈미트와 떠오르는 차세대 주자 제이크 램의 모습도 담아봤다.
골디야 뭐 명실상부 MLB 최고의 선수 중 한 명이고. 약점이 거의 없는 완전체 선수이기도 하다. 2013시즌, 2015시즌 NL MVP 2위에 오르는 기염을 토할 정도로 타격 스탯 대부분이 환상적이고 단골 골드 글러브 수상자로서 수비까지 매우 좋으며 워크에씩까지 매우 좋아서 저평가의 대명사였음에도 불구하고 끊임없이 발전하여 지금 이 자리까지 올라왔다.
MLB 3년차인 제이크 램은 올해 드디어 타격에 눈을 뜬 모습이다. 비율스탯은 좋지 않지만 29개의 홈런을 기록하며 좋은 장타 생산 능력을 보여주었고 앞으로도 골디를 잘 보조하여 팀을 이끌어 갈 타자로 자리매김했다.

Goldy is truly a one of the best player in MLB and perfect player almost no weakness. His stats are almost fantastic as remarkable performance to the second place of MVP in NL In 2013 and 2015 season and his defense is also very good as winner of regular gold glove, his work ethic is also very good, even though he was byword of undervaluation, he continuously develops and go up till this position.
Jake Lamb being the 3rd-year in MLB finally showed to begin to feel something about batting this year. His ratio stat wasn't good, but he recorded 29 homer and showed good extra-base hit production skill, settled in as batter to lead team with Goldy in the future.)

아마 내셔널스 파크에서 가장 유명한 것이 저 대통령들 경주일 것이다. 밀워키 브루어스의 소시지 레이스와 함께 이 대통령 레이스가 메이저리그의 가장 대표적인 이벤트이고, 나도 이 두 개의 레이스가 가장 기억에 남는 것 같다. 게다가 반칙을 가장 많이 쓰는 레이스라 여러가지 익살스러운 장면이 많이 연출된다. ㅋ
9/27 내셔널스 경기 관람이 워싱턴에서의 내 마지막 일정이었다. 정말 떠나고 싶지 않은 곳이었는데 그나마 호스텔 생활에 익숙치 않아 발은 뗄 수 있었던 것 같다. 다음에 다시 워싱턴을 갈 때는 예산상 조금 무리가 되거나 조금 거리가 있더라도 호텔 쪽을 잡아 편하게 지내야겠다...!!!
{Maybe the most famous thing at Nationals Park is racing presidents. This racing presidents with racing sausages of Milwaukee Brewers is the most representative events of MLB, I think I remain these races a lot in my memory. Besides this racing presidents are a race that uses the most foul, so it creates some comic scene a lot. :)
To watch Nationals game on Sep, 27 was my final schedule of Washington. I didn't really want to leave, but I thought I stepped my foot cause I wasn't familiar to stay hostel. When I go to Washington DC next time, I'll comfortably stay at hotel even if it has a little risk by budget or it's a long distance...!!!}
