가끔은 참 내 자신이 대책없이 느껴진다. 남들 눈으로 보기에는 한심해 보일 수 있지만 그렇다고 할지라도 버킷 리스트를 달성하고자 하는 이 꿈과 의지를 멈출 수 없는 아이러니는 대체 무엇이란 말인지...... 뭔가 설명할 수 없는 이 급박함은 최근 몇 년동안 건강이 좋아지지 않으면서 비롯되었고, 어쩌면 생각 외로 빨리 이 세상을 떠날 수 있겠다는 생각 또한 들어서 그런 것 같다. 이제는 well-dying이 내 인생의 모토가 되어가고 있다.
힘든 시간을 거쳐오는 와중에 어찌저찌 9월말 며칠과 추석 연휴를 이용해서 또 다시 야구장 투어를 할 수 있었는데 그 부분에 대해서 항상 하느님께 감사드린다. 이렇게 내 꿈을 끊임없이 실천할 수 있도록 항상 도와주시고 계시고, 앞으로도 도와주시리라 믿고 있다.
(Sometimes I feel reckless myself pretty much. Another people think pathetically me, but what is this irony that it can't stop this dream and will to achieve my bucket list...... This urgency can't explain something originated my health not good recently for a couple years, it also feels like maybe I will be able to pass away from this world quickly than I expect. Well-dying is becoming motto of my life from someday.
While I have spent rough time, I could do MLB ballpark tour for some days including thanksgiving holiday in the end of September again, I appreciate about the part to my God. He's constantly helping me to achieve my dream like this, I believe he helps me in succession.)

8박 10일이라는 다소 짧은 기간이기는 하였으나, 사실 이 기간도 예상보다 더 길어진 것이라서 정말 감사하는 마음으로 다녀올 수 있었다. 내 응원팀들의 경기와 MLB 구장 투어를 목적으로 한 여행이었기에 이번에 새로 다녀온 곳은 2곳이었고, 알링턴은 2016년부터 매년 한번씩은 들르고 있어서 뭔가 제 2의 고향같은 기분이 든다. 안타까운 건 내가 미국에서 살고 싶은 도시 목록에 달라스와 알링턴은 없다는 점이지만...... :)
으레 그래왔던대로 간 곳마다 여행 - 야구장 투어 - 야구 경기 이렇게 세 챕터로 나누어 글을 쓸 것이며 알링턴에서는 특별히 관광을 하지는 않아서 정리글까지 총 9개의 글로 마무리할 수 있을 것이다.
{It was a short time of 8 nights 10 days though, I could go having thankful mind so it was honestly longer than I expected, The city where I have visited first in this time was 2 ones cause it was purpose for baseball games of my teams and MLB ballparks tour, I feel like Arlington is my second hometown whether I've been staying once every year since 2016. The sad thing's there is nothing Dallas and Arlington in the city list which I hope to live...... :)
As I've always been doing, I'll post to divide 3 chapters like tour-baseball park tour-baseball game wherever I visited, finish total 9 reviews including epilogue so I didn't do sightseeing especially in Arlington.}
8. [2018 MLB TOUR] 시애틀 매리너스 vs 텍사스 레인저스 경기 (9/21 ~ 23, 9/27 Game : Seattle Mariners vs Texas Rangers)

2016년부터 매년 들르고 있는 내 응원팀이 있는 도시 알링턴 그리고 글로브 라이프 파크... 바로 옆에 텍사스 레인저스의 신구장 '글로브 라이프 필드' 가 지어지고 있고, 2020년 개막전 때 개장되는지라 이제 이 곳에서 경기를 치르는 것도 얼마 남지 않았다. 신구장이 더 좋기는 하겠으나, 날씨가 너무너무 더워서 그렇지, 야구장 자체는 참 넓직넓직하니 좋았다.
이 곳은 앞으로 어떻게 될까... 아마추어 야구나 일반 단체에 대여되는 정도로 운영될라나......
(Arlington, Globe Life Park where is the city that I have been stopping by and being my team since 2016... 'Globe Life Field' being a new ballpark of Texas Rangers has been building in the next that, it will open the opening day of 2020, so it doesn't almost have a lot of times about playing game here. It thinks a new ballpark is better though, although it is hot, ballpark was pretty good in itself due to large scale.
How does it change here in the future... Can it manage to rent for amateur baseball or normal baseball group......)

텍사스 라이브!는 글로브 라이프 파크 맞은 편에 지어지고 있는 신구장 글로브 라이프 필드 주위의 복합문화공간이다. 세인트루이스 카디널스의 홈구장 부시 스타디움 옆에 있는 볼파크 빌리지와 시카고 화이트삭스의 홈구장 개런티드 레이트 필드 옆에 있는 시카고 스포츠 디폿(규모는 작지만) 그리고 샌프란시스코 자이언츠의 홈구장 AT&T 파크 주위 거리에 문화 복합시설을 조성하는 미션 락 프로젝트(사실 여기가 제일 기대된다는!!!) 처럼 알링턴 시도 시대의 흐름에 발맞추어 거대 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며 올해 6월에 이 곳을 먼저 개장한 것으로 기억한다.
어차피 이 곳에 텍사스 레인저스 홈구장만 있는 게 아니고, NFL팀이자 전미 최고 인기팀인 댈러스 카우보이스의 홈구장인 AT&T 스타디움도 있고, 근처에 식스 플래그라는 놀이공원까지 있어서 가능한 일이기도 하지만 말이다. 참고로 AT&T 스타디움은 10만명의 관중을 수용할 수 있는 어마어마한 크기를 자랑한다고......
내부 구조는 볼파크 빌리지를 많이 닮았는데 그 곳보다는 좀 더 업그레이드 된 모습이라고 생각하면 될 거 같고, 금요일부터 시작하는 주말에는 여러 인디 밴드나 로컬 밴드, 뮤지션들이 이 곳에서 공연을 하고 있다.. 바로 옆 자리에 호텔이 지어질 예정이라 전국에 있는 스포츠 팬들에게는 호재임에 틀림없다.
이번에는 구경만 하고 실제로 식음료를 이용해보지는 않아서 자세한 정보는 모르겠다. 다만, 저 퍼지 피자집은(텍사스 레인저스 모자를 쓰고 명예의 전당에 헌액된 이반 로드리게즈의 별명) 미디어에서 보니 가격대가 저렴했던 것으로 기억한다.

Arlington city is proceeding a big project to keep up with current time such as Ballpark Village next to Busch Stadium being home of the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Sports Depot(but a small scale) next to Guaranteed Rate Field being home of the Chicago White Sox and Mission Rock Project(Actually it is expected the most!!!) which constructs culture and shopping complex at the street near the AT&T Park being home of the San Francisco Giants, I remember Texas Live! has opened in last June first.
This place hasn't only home of Texas Rangers here, has AT&T Stadium being Dallas Cowboys which is in NFL and the most popular team in USA, Six Flags being amusement park near here, so this project is possible. In addition, AT&T Stadium boasts a huge scale being able to accommodate 100,000 spectators......
The inner structure is similar to Ballpark Village though, I think it is upgraded more than there, some indie or local bands and musicians are performing weekends from Friday night in this place. It is surely good thing to sports fans throughout the nation so it will be built a hotel just next to that.
I did only sightseeing and didn't eat some foods or drinks, I don't know detailed information well. But I remember Pudge Pizza(This is a nickname of Ivan Rodriguez who is a Hall of Famer wearing cap of Texas Rangers) boasts cheap price according to local Media.}

당연히 이 때 게임 내용도 기억이 나지 않는다. 위닝 시리즈였던 거 같기는 한데 포스트시즌 때 제외하곤 내 팀 경기를 보러 갈 때마다 직관 승률이 5할이기도 했고, 벨트레, 프로파, 조이 모두 홈런을 친 것을 보면 아마 승리한 게 맞을 것이다.
기억에 남는 건 이 날 비가 많이 내렸다는 것이고, 특히 경기 끝날 때쯤엔 비가 억수로 쏟아져서 호텔로 돌아가는 트롤리 버스 기다릴 때 엄청 고생을 했다는 부분이다. 저 사진에도 빗줄기가 그대로 보인다.
(Of course, I don't remember detailed game then. It was likely winning series, winning rate was .500 whenever I watch games of my team, maybe it would win by that homers of Beltre and Profar and Joey.
The part that I remember is raining a lot in this day, especially I struggled very much when I waited Trolley which goes back to hotel cause it was raining a lot when game finished. It can see raindrop in that photo.)

9/22도 비가 오는 궂은 날씨였지만 그나마 많이 오지는 않아서 큰 불편함없이 경기를 볼 수 있었다. 그래도 비가 안 오면 더 편했을텐데......
오클랜드, 에인절스전도 봤었지만 우리 선수들은 유독 매리너스 선수들과 친한 것 같다. 물론 히스패닉 선수들끼리는 돈독하기야 하겠으나, 매리너스 선수들만큼 친밀한 모습을 보지 못했던 것 같다. 더더욱 놀랐던 게 로빈슨 카노가 생각보다 성격이 참 좋아보였다는 부분이다. 1루 근처에 앉아있던 어린 여자아이가 공을 계속 가지고 싶어했는데 잡지 못해서 결국 울음을 터뜨렸고, 그가 그 모습을 본 것이었다. 얼마 지나지 않아 1루 주루코치에게 부탁해서 공인구를 선물해주기도 했다. 당연히 그 아이는 너무 기뻐하며 엄마와 함께 인증샷 찍기 바빴고......:)
어쨌든 우리 선수들과 매리너스 선수들이 참 친밀해보여서 나도 덩달아 긍정적인 마음이 생긴 것 같다. 원래 별로 관심 없었는데 솔직히 올해 매리너스가 와일드카드 나가길 바랬다는;;;;;

I've watched games against Oakland and Angels, I think my guys are friends with Mariners' players. Of course, Hispanics will be close at each other, however I've never seen friendly behaviors as relationship with Mariners' players. The part that I was surprised is what Robinson Cano has good personality. Yound girl sitting down near 1st base consecutively wanted to get a baseball, but finally she cried due to not getting one, he saw her behaviors. After that, he requested something to 1st base coach, she was able to get a MLB official baseball. She was surely so happy and took selfie with her mother......:)}

9/23에는 올시즌 홈 마지막 경기가 열린 날이어서 그랬는지 선수들 몇몇이 많은 팬들에게 사인을 해주고 있었다. 나도 이 기회를 틈타 알렉스 클라우디오와 호세 르클럭에게 사인을 받았는데 사진 찍으면서 몇 번 본 적은 있었어도 르클럭이 그렇게 이쁜 미소를 가지고 있는지 몰랐다. 다른 선수들에 비해 키가 큰 편이 아니고, 아직 94년생의 어린 친구기도 해서 그런가 뭔가 남동생처럼 귀여운 느낌이 들었다고나 할까...... 진짜 남동생 있었으면 이뻐해줬을텐데 난 오빠만 하나 있어서...... :) 오빠가 있는 것도 듬직해서 좋긴 하지만!
어쨌든 시즌 마지막 경기를 상콤하게 이기고 마무리했던 것으로 기억이 난다. 확실한 게 마무리 투수인 르클럭이 나왔었고, 별 위기도 생각이 안 나니 말이다. 손가락 부상 여파 때문에 당시 부진했던 우리 노마도 장타를 쳤고, 조이도 또 홈런포를 가동했으며 다른 선수들도 안타를 꽤 쳤었을 것이다.
그리고 우리 벨옹... 이 날이 은퇴하기 전 마지막 홈경기였다. 한 시즌만 더 뛰어서 500홈런은 채우고 은퇴하길 바랬는데 아무래도 나이가 있어서 그런지 최근 2년 동안 부상이 발목을 잡았던 터라 최근 은퇴를 발표했다. 내가 처음 MLB를 봤을 때(물론 찬호아저씨 때문에 보기 시작하긴 했으나) 벨트레가 다저스 신인이었고, 다시 MLB 팬으로 돌아왔을 때(물론 또 다르빗슈가 MLB를 진출해서긴 했지만) 내가 응원하기로 정한 텍사스 레인저스의 스타 플레이어였다. 어찌보면 나의 MLB팬 생활 처음부터 그 자리에 있었던 선수인데 그가 이제 떠난다니 뭔가 슬프고 마음 한 구석이 저려오는 것 같다. 그래도 가장 행복할 때 은퇴한 셈이니 정말 세상에서 가장 행복한 사람이 아닐까 생각이 든다.
{Whether it opened the last game of home in this season on September, some players was giving autographs to many fans. I've gotten some autographs from Alex Claudio and Jose Leclerc for using this chance, I've seen his face a few times while taking photography, but I've never known Leclerc has a very cute smile. Whether he isn't taller than another players and is still young guy being born in 1994, it felt a cute younger brother...... If I had a younger brother, I'd love for him, but has only an elder brother...... :) Of course, I love him whom is a reliable person!
Anyway I've remembered my team easily won in the last game of this season. The sure thing's outing of Leclerc who was a closer, I didn't recall any crisis in game. Nomar being my favorite guy who has been struggled due to his finger injury then made a extra-baseball hit, Joey hit a homer again, other players would hit a lot of hits.
And Beltre who being our hero... This game was the final home game before his retirement. I wished he achieves 500 homers in playing more one season, he had announced recently cause injury made to struggle him for recently 2 years whether he gets older. When I've watched first(Of course, I started to watch MLB due to Chan Ho Park), he was a rookie of Dodgers, when I came back as MLB fan(Of course, Darvish Yu also entered into MLB), he was a star player of Texas Rangers which I have decided to follow. He has been the same position from the first time life of MLB fan, so I felt deep sadness and my heart is getting aching what he has finally gone away from MLB. I think he is the most happiness person in the world so it decides to retire when it is the happiest.)

그러고보니 이번에 레인저스 직관한 4경기 승률이 꽤 좋은 것 같다. 레인저스만 3승 1패, 로키스만 3승이고, 지난 5월까지 딱 5할이었으니 2016 디비전 시리즈 2게임, 2017 와일드카드 1게임 진 부분도 다 만회했을 뿐만 아니라 이제 .500도 넘어서는 것 같다. 앞으로 가는 경기마다 진짜 다 이겼으면!!! 역시 직관 승률 올리는 데 가장 좋은 방법은 무조건 많이 가는 것이다. 당연히 팀 승률이 나쁘면 이마저도 힘들긴 하나, 최소한 많이 가면 팀 승률은 무조건 나오게 되어있다.
물론 난 미국에 살지 않아서 많이 갈 수는 없으니(앞으로는 1년에 1번 5~6게임 보면 다행일 듯;;;) 매우 준수한 직관 승률임에 틀림없다!
아마 MLB 보면서 덕아웃 바로 뒤에서 경기를 본 건 이 때가 처음일텐데 저 그물망만 아니면 참 좋았을 것 같다. 안전 사고가 종종 나기 때문에 어쩔 수 없다는 건 이해하지만 그래도 좀 아쉽다. 그래서 요즘은 사실 덕아웃 뒤보다 1루나 3루 베이스 쪽의 자리를 더 선호하게 된다. 어쨌든 이렇게 덕아웃 바로 뒤에 앉아 선수들 수다 떨며 노는 모습을 지켜보니 역시 사람은 다 비슷비슷한 것 같다. 이 유명한 선수들도 노는 건 일반 사람들과 별로 다를 바가 없으니...... :)
그리고 난생 처음으로 MLB 마스코트와 주먹 하이파이브를 해보기도 했다. 역시 제일 앞자리에 앉아있어서 가능한 일이었는지 이 아이가 와서 주먹을 내밀었고, 나를 시작으로 내 옆쪽의 사람들까지 쭉 주먹 하이파이브를 했었다. 어쨌든 난 이렇게 털 많은 인형 또는 동물들이 너무 사랑스럽다. 내 소울메이트라 당연한 것이기도 하지만(게다가 강아지계의 꽃미남 ㅎㅎㅎ) 그래서 미르 처음 데리고 올 때 물려서 상처가 났음에도 불구하고 난 미르가 처음부터 너무너무 마음에 들었다.
{To think, winning rate of 4 games that I watched for Rangers this time is pretty good. Winning rate only Rangers was 3 wins 1 loss, winning rate only Rockies was 3 wins, it all recovered the losses about 2 games of 2016 ALDS and 1 game of 2017 WC, it is likely winning rate over .500. Hope all games win in the future!!! the best method going up winning rate is what it goes to baseball park a lot. Surely it isn't easy if winning rate of the team is bad tough, it can follow only winning rate of the team if it goes to ballpark a lot at least.
Of course, it is surely dominant winning rate so I can't go there a lot cause I'm not living in USA(it's fortune if I can watch 5 to 6 games a year in succession;;;)
Maybe watching game behind just dugout in watching MLB would be the first time in this time, it would be pretty good if there's no net. I can understand being net to ballpark because of safety accident, however it's not good to me. So I prefer seats way of the 1st and 3rd base than seats behind dugout these days. Anyway to sit down behind just dugout and watch players chatting and enjoying, it looks like people are all the alike. These famous players aren't almost different comparing with normal fans...... :)
And I could do high five by blow fist with MLB mascot at the first time. Whether it was possible so I sat down seat of the first line, that mascot came and held out his fist to me, it did hight five by fist starting from me to fans next to me. Anyway I love dolls or animals having a lot of furs like this very much. It is sure thing caused by my soulmate though(moreover being the handsome boy in the world of dogs), so I've loved Mir from the first time very much even though he bit to me and I got any scratch when I adopted him.}
크게 뭔가를 얻는 것은 없어도 난 그냥 우리 선수들이 그라운드에서 뛰는 모습을 지켜보는 것이 너무 좋다. 물론 좋은 성적을 꾸준히 올려주면 더 좋을 거 같지만... ㅋ 예전에 KBO 응원할 때는 선수들이 나를 팬으로 인정해주면서 가끔 자그마한 선물도 주고 받고, 서로 농담도 주고 받는 그런 시간들이 경기 모습 못지 않게 좋았는데 지금은 그냥 이렇게 바라보는 것만으로도 좋다. MLB 경기를 직접 보러 간다는 것 자체가 나에게는 뭔가 전쟁터에서 해방된 듯한 자유를 주기도 하고, 일상에서의 여유로움만큼 이 세상에 좋은 것은 없는 것 같으니까.....
예전의 건강을 되찾아서 그냥 계속 이렇게 1년에 한두번씩 메이저리그와 미국 여행을 하는 것이 나의 유일한 꿈이고, 빨리 다음 직업 준비를 잘 마쳐서 미국이나 캐나다로 떠날 수 있게 되는 것이 그 다음 꿈이다. 그러기 위해서는 조금은 힘들고 험난한 시간을 보내야겠지.......!!!
{Even if there's nothing to get something, I just like what watch my guys playing on the ground so much. Of course, I'm gladder if they all achieve good records in succession... ;) When I followed KBO before, I was so happy baseball guys recognize me as their's fan and the time like that we give and take a small gift and joke at each other from time to time as I watch their's play, but I'm so happy only seeing them like this for now. Watching MLB games in itself gives freedom like being liberated from something battlefield to me, there's not good thing as composure of daily life in this world.
What I recover my health like before and continuously tour MLB and USA once or twice a year like this is my only dream, quickly leaving to USA or Canada after finishing the preparation for my next job is the next dream. I'll spend a tough and rough time a little more for that......!!!}
