멋진 사람이 되지말고
따뜻한 사람이 되세요

(Become generous person 

not to be wonderful person)

멋진 사람은
눈을 즐겁게 하지만
따뜻한 사람은
마음을 데워 줍니다.

(The wonderful one makes the eyes pleasantly

but the generous one makes the mind heat.)

잘난 사람이 되지말고
진실한 사람이 되세요

(Become sincere person

not to be distinguished person)

잘난 사람은
피하고 싶어지지만
진실한 사람 은
곁에 두고 싶어집니다.

(It wants to avoid the distinguished one 

but it wants to put the sincere one at its side.)

  

대단한 사람이 되지
말고 좋은 사람이되세요

(Become good person

not to be great person)

대단한 사람은
부담을 주지만
좋은 사람은 행복을 줍니다.

(The great one gives burden

but the good one gives happiness.)

거의 매일 좋은 글들을 메일로 받는데 오늘 글은 특히나 더 와닿아서 이렇게 옮겨본다.

 

따뜻한 사람, 진실한 사람, 좋은 사람이 되어라......

이 세상의 모든 사람들이 새겨들어야 할 말이 아닐까 싶다.

나도 항상 이렇게 살려고 노력하고 있지만 솔직히 잘 안되기는 한다.

그래도 계속 이런 사람이 되도록 노력해야 세상이 그나마 살만하지 않을까 싶은 생각이 든다.

(I get good articles almost everyday by e-mail and post like this because today's writing especially touches more.

Become generous person and sincere person and good person......

I think that's a writing that listens carefully every people in the world.

I'm always trying to live like this, but it isn't honestly easy.

Anyway if it continuously must try like these person, I think the world is enough to live a little.)
