매일매일 치열하고 고된 일상을 살아가다보면 그에 따른 반대 급부로 항상 내가 앞으로 어떤 삶을 살 것인지에 대하여 눈을 감고 그려보곤 한다. 아담하지만 편안하고 안락한 나만의 작은 집, 소소하게 먹고 살 수 있을만한 제2의 직업, 여전히 계속하여 진행할 버킷 리스트까지 미르가 내 곁에 없는 지금 이 때, 이렇게 살아가야할 이유를 하나둘씩 만들어가는데 한편으론 지금 이 '한-미-일 야구장 투어' 라는 버킷 리스트를 실행해나가는 내 자신이 무모하고 대책없이 느껴지기도 한다. 여유로운 상황에서 떠나는 여행이 아니니 말이다.
하지만 시계추를 돌려 이 버킷 리스트를 시작한 2015년으로 다시 돌아간다 해도 어차피 난 똑같은 선택을 반복했을 것이다. 그만큼 가끔 내 스스로가 한심하게 느껴지나, 애써 이 점을 무시하고 이번 여행에 대한 소회를 써내려가본다.
(To live on intense and arduous every single day, the reverse about it, I always close my eyes and imagine how I will live in the future. A small but comfortable and cozy my house, the second job that can live small on only me, bucket list to process in succession, I'm creating alive reasons one by one like this without Mir, I feel reckless and irresponsible by myself who executes this bucket list 'Korea-USA-Japan's baseball park tour' on the other side. Because travel isn't what I leave to have enough money.
However even though it comes back pendulum and returns to 2015 that has started this bucket list, I'd do the same selection over and over again. Sometimes I feel stupid by myself as much as that, I try to ignore this point with effort and write my cherished intentions about this travel.)

이번 한국의 추석연휴는 정말 많은 사람들이 기다려 왔었을 것이다. 추석과 여러 국공휴일이 결합되어 최소 10일의 황금 연휴가 구성되었기 때문에 나처럼 여행을 좋아하는 사람들은 몇 개월 전부터 이 시기를 오매불망 기다리고 있었던 것... 그 덕택으로 항공권 가격이 평소보다 최소 2~3배는 비싸서 고민하다가 이렇게 한국-일본 왕복항공권, 일본-미국 왕복항공권(일본은 연휴가 아니니까)을 따로 끊어 그나마 나와 비슷한 시간대로 미주 코스를 갔던 다른 사람들보다는 꽤 많이 절약할 수 있었다. 물론 몸이 힘들었던 건 덤......
(So many people would wait this thanksgiving holiday of Korea. People who like travel as me were looking forward to this period since a few months ago cause it consisted of golden holiday of 10 days at least to combine thanksgiving day and some national holidays... Airlines ticket's price were expensive two to three times than regular day due to that and I was considering some things, I separately purchased round trip tickets of Korea-Japan and Japan-USA(Japan wasn't holidays) like this, I could save pretty much than the other people who went to USA by similar time. Of course, the bonus is what was so tired......)
이렇게 이동거리가 긴 편이라 실제로 많은 곳을 돌아보진 못해서 기존에 다녀온 여행보다는 찍은 사진의 양은 좀 적은 듯 싶지만 그래도 내 응원팀인 텍사스 레인저스 경기-일본 야구장 투어 및 그 외의 이야기-미국 야구장 투어 두 곳과 포스트시즌-그랜드 캐년 투어-달라스 야경-여행 정리까지 7개의 글을 써볼 예정이고 그 다음 여행 사진 모두 이 곳의 앨범에 올릴 예정이다.

4. [2017 MLB TOUR(5)] 여행의 휘날레, 댈러스 야경 (Grand finale of travel, Dallas night view)
이번 여행은 유독 짧게 느껴졌다. 아무래도 여행 경비를 아끼느라 이동 거리가 길어졌던 점도 있었고, 아무리 연휴가 길었다고 해도 개인 오프를 포함하여 12일이란 시간은 장거리 노선을 소화하기엔 너무 부족했다. 다음에는 불필요한 경유 노선을 포함시키지 않고 싶은데 지금 직장도 어떻게 할지 여러가지 고민을 하고 있는 중이라서 어떻게 될지는 잘 모르겠다. 하긴 이직하게 되면 여행 기간이 좀 더 길어지긴 하겠구나......
(Especially I felt shortly this journey. Maybe travel range became longer cause by saving travel expenses, even though it was long holidays, the time of 12 days including a day-off lacked what digests long distance route a lot. I want not to include unnecessary transfer route in the next time, I don't know how can I do cause I'm considering some situation about present work. If I change my work, I think travel period will be longer......)
[댈러스 하이웨이(Dallas highway)]
휴스턴 미닛 메이드 파크에서 열린 ALDS 1차전 경기를 본 다음날, 메가버스를 타고 댈러스로 다시 돌아왔다. 그 다음날 일본으로 돌아가는 비행기를 타야 했기 때문이다. 출귀국지를 다르게 예약했으면 더 좋았을테지만 예산이 정해져 있으니 어쩔 수 없었고, 대신 지난번에 보지 못했던 야경을 보러 가기로 결정했다.
원래 댈러스 마켓 센터 근처로 호텔을 잡으려고 했으나 숙박비도 비싸고, 공항과의 거리도 약간 더 멀어서 조금 더 저렴한 공항과 가까운 호텔을 예약했다. 호텔에 짐을 풀어놓고 나올까 하다가 또 그러기엔 교통비가 두 배로 드니 그냥 무거운 짐을 끌고 바로 리유니온 타워로 갔다. 메가버스 정류장 근처에 세인트 폴 DART 역이 있어 대중교통을 이용했는데 아무리 거리가 짧아도 무거운 짐을 끌고 가는 건 무리긴 했었던 것 같다. 뭐 결국 해내긴 했지만......
(The next day after watching ALDS 1st game opened in Minute Maid Park of Houston, I rode the Mega bus and came back to Dallas. Because I had to board flight which returns to Japan in the next day. If I reserved departure and arrival city to match my itinerary, it would be better, it couldn't be so due to travel expenses, Instead of that, I decided to go looking night view didn't watch last year.
Originally I tried to catch hotel close Dallas Market Center, but I've reserved a little cheaper hotel close DFW airport so that was expensive and was more far from airport. I thought what unpacked my baggages at hotel, but I just had heavy baggages and went to Reunion Tower so I should pay double transportation expenses if it was so. It has St. Paul Station of DART near Mega bus stop and I used DART, but I thought it was so difficult what goes to there having heavy baggages although it is short. Finally I performed that......)
[리유니온 타워 1층(The first floor of Reunion Tower)]
처음 들어가는 입구를 헤맸는데 바로 옆의 하얏트 리젠스 호텔로 들어와서 호텔 데스크 쪽으로 쪽 오면 리유니온 타워에 도착할 수 있다. 다만, 오르막길에 위치한 호텔이라 2층으로 들어가게 되니 한 층 더 내려와야 한다.
전망대 운영 시간이 오후 7시 30분부터 저녁 10시 30분까지라고 했던 거 같은데 내가 간 날이 금요일이라 다른 날에 이 곳을 찾을 때는 미리 홈페이지에서 정보를 알아보고 가는 게 좋다. 티켓도 홈페이지에서 구입할 수 있는데 난 이 날 시간이 어찌될지 확실치 않았던 상황이었기 때문에 직접 현장에서 구입했다.
(I didn't find entrance at first, it enters to Hyatt Regency Dallas next to tower and goes straight to front dest of hotel, can arrive Reunion Tower. But it becomes to enter the second floor so the hotel locates an uphill road, should go down more one floor.
I heard observation business hour was from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, cause I've gone on Friday, it's good to find out information on website beforehand when it goes to this place another day. It can purchase a ticket online, I bought one on the field because it wasn't sure whether I have some time in this day.)

[전망대 올라가기 전(Before going up to Observation)]
전망대 올라가기 전에는 역시 가방검사를 한다. 뭐 공항이든 야구장이든 미국 내의 공공 시설은 출입 때 거의 보안 검사를 한다고 보면 된다. 아무래도 캐리어와 보조 가방, 백팩까지 가지고 간 상태라 이걸 다 지고 엘리베이터를 타야 하나 싶은 생각을 가지고 있었는데 이 곳의 직원이 캐리어를 맡아주겠다고 해서 전망대를 편하게 올라갈 수 있었다. 그 분이 이거 가져가야겠다는 작은 조크를 던지면서... ㅋㅋㅋ
또한 형형색색 바뀌는 불빛의 조명이 전망대라는 분위기를 한껏 느끼게 만든다.
(It has security check such as airport before going up to observation. It considers the public facilities of airport or baseball park or etc almost have security check. I have had all suitcase and bag and backpack, I determined to take elevator bringing them, but one staff helped to keep them, so I could comfortably go up to observation. She said joke that I will bring this suitcase... :)
(Also variety of lamp light fully makes feel observation's atmosphere.)
[리유니온 타워 전망대(Observation deck of Reunion Tower)]
리유니온 타워 전망대를 지오 덱(GeO Deck) 이라고 하는데 1978년 470피트 높이의 전망대로 개장했다가 2013년에 다시 리모델링되기 이전 6년 동안 폐쇄된 적이 있었다고 한다.
엘리베이터를 내리자마자 이 실내 전망대 안이 불빛으로 가득찬 느낌이 들었고, 여러 화면이 각각의 위치별 정보와 외부의 풍경을 그대로 보여주고 있는 것 같았는데 저걸 자세히 들여다보지는 않았다. 사진을 빨리 찍어야겠다는 그 일념에만 가득차 있었기 때문에.....
(Observation of Reunion Tower's GeO Deck, it has opened 470 feet observation in 1978 and closed for 6 years before remodeling in 2013.
As soon as it got out of elevator, I felt instinct light inside deck, it looked like some screens was showing each location information and outside landscape as it is, I wasn't sure so I didn't see in detail. Because I had only thought that I will quickly take photography......)
[달라스 야경(Dallas night view)]
달라스 다운타운의 360도 전망을 고성능 망원경을 통해 그대로 볼 수 있는데 남쪽으로는 트리니티 강과 그 단지를 넘어 오크 절벽까지 보이고, 서쪽으로는 18.5마일 떨어져있는 달라스 카우보이스의 홈구장 AT&T 파크도 보이며 북쪽으로는 페로 과학 박물관에서 음식을 먹고 있는 사람들 모습까지 볼 수 있다고 한다.
또한 5대의 고성능 카메라로 다운타운을 거닐고 있는 사람들까지 확대해서 볼 수 있다. 카메라가 촬영한 내용을 이 전망대의 터치 패드를 이용하여 볼 수 있다는데 녹화 기능은 없기 때문에 사생활 침해에 대한 부분은 걱정하지 않아도 된단다.
(360 degrees vista of Dallas downtown can look by high performance telescope in itself, it sees Trinity river and Oak cliff over the space in the south, sees AT&T Park where is home of the Dallas Cowboys away 16 mile from here in the west, can see people who are eating foods in Perot Museum of Nature and Science in the north.
And it can see to expand people walk downtown by 5 high performance cameras. Content to film that cameras can look using for touch pad of here, we shouldn't concern about invasion of privacy cause it don't have recording function.)
역시 여행의 휘날레는 야경으로 마치는 것이 답인 것 같다. 뭔가 클라이막스에 이르는 기분이 들면서도 마무리하는 기분이 든다고 할까......
지난번 샌프란시스코의 트윈 픽스에서 본 야경도 너무나 좋았지만 이 곳 또한 넓게 트여있으면서도 도로와 그 위를 달리는 차들, 고층 빌딩들과 상업 건물, 여러 제반 시설, 주거지까지 모든 불빛이 조화로움을 느끼게 했다.
저 멀리 원형 대관람차 있는 곳이 웬지 내가 주로 있었던 식스 플래그와 알링턴 볼파크, AT&T 스타디움 쪽 같기는 한데 자세히 찾아보고 온 아니라서 확실치는 않다.
달라스는 내 메이저리그 응원팀이 있는 근교 도시로서 꽤 자주 들락날락할 곳이긴 하지만 이 야경을 보는 게 이번이 처음이자 마지막일지도 모르겠다. 다른 곳들을 가봐야 하니까......
(I think the correct answer is also what grand finale of travel finishes night view. Can I say that comes to mind reaching climax and finishing something at the same time...
I love night view seen Twin Peaks of San Francisco last April, but this place also feels wide open, every lights of highway and cars drive on the road and high-rise buildings and commercial building and some service facility and houses made to feel harmoniousness.
It looks like the place where is Ferris wheel so far is way of Six Flags and Globe Life Park in Arlington and AT&T Stadium to stay me, I'm not sure so I don't find out the information.
Dallas is the one where I often comes as close city has my favorite team in MLB, the thing seen this night view might be the first and final in this time. There are many another places where I have to go......)
