다람쥐 쳇바퀴 돌아가듯 매일매일 일상을 마주하다보면 우리 삶의 목적이 무엇인지를 자꾸만 잊어버리게 된다. 사는 게 너무 바빠서 혹은 그냥 습관처럼 하루하루를 살아나가는 상황들이 연출이 되곤 하는데 가끔은 이런 상황에서 벗어나 정말 내가 원하는 존재가 된다거나 원하는 곳으로 마냥 떠나고 싶다는 생각을 가지게 될 때가 있다. 내 인생의 주인공은 바로 나 자신이지만 실상은 다른 사람 아니면 다른 어떤 존재를 위해 살고 있는 게 아닐까하는 허탈함에 빠지기도 하고 말이다.
(We put opposite our daily life as squirrel repeat the same thing forever, we forget for what purpose of our life. Living is so busy or it shows situations which are just living as habit day by day, but sometimes it gets out of these situations and I really become success person or I have thinking that I just leave to hoping place. The owner in my life is myself, but also we fall into a state of lethargy that we actually are living for the other person or something.)
매일매일 일상을 반복하던 어느 날 많은 사람들의 분주한 모습을 지켜보면서 내가 왜 이 세상에 태어났는지 그 이유를 알 순 없어도 목적 의식을 얼마나 가지고 살아가고 있는가에 대해 많은 생각을 했던 적이 있었다. 결국은 내가 진정으로 하고 싶은 일을 하면서 좋아하는 사람들과 함께 행복하고 즐겁게 사는 것이 인생의 목표이지 않을까 생각한다. 아마 다른 이들도 마찬가지일 것이고......

Finally I think our life's purpose that I do what I want, I am living happily and pleasantly with love people. Maybe someone think like that...)
나에게는 그 중의 하나가 바로 이 야구장 투어이다. 내 버킷 리스트의 최상단을 차지하고 있으며, 한-미-일의 모든 야구장을 돌아보는 것이 가장 큰 꿈으로써 한국의 야구장은 새로 지어지는 곳만 가면 종료되고, 이제 남은 건 미국과 일본이다. 일본은 거리가 가깝기도 하고, 이미 반 정도는 돌아봤으니 아마도 멀지 않은 시일 내에 마무리될 것으로 보이는데 미국은 최소 10 ~ 15년은 걸리지 않을까 예상하고 있다.
(One of that is just Baseball park tour to me. That ranks the best of my bucket list, By looking around of all ball park of Korea and USA and Japan is the biggest dream, one of my dream comes true if I go to new ball park in Korea, after remaining things are USA and Japan.
I think Japan's ball park tour finishes in not long time cause it is close from here and I already looked around about half of ball park, but I'm expecting to take at least 10 years to 15 years that I look around for all ball park in USA.)
올해 2월 트로피카나 필드를 다녀온 것에 이어 다시 7월 MLB 야구장 투어를 시작했다. 여름 휴가 기간을 이용하여 8박 10일 정도로 계획했었지만 미르가 아팠던 관계로 여행 도중 7박 8일로 일정을 줄일 수 밖에 없었다. 그래도 짧은 시간 내에 알차게 여행한 듯 하지만......
(I went to Tropicana Field of Tampa Bay Rays in February, in succession I restarted MLB ball park tour in July. I made to plan for 10 days and 8 days, but I have to reduce 7 days and 8 nights in period of travel cause Mir was sick. Nevertheless I think I do good traveling well in short time.)

여정을 보니 야구장과 함께 가장 많이 방문한 곳이 공항인 것 같다. 시카고 오헤어 공항은 이번 2월에도 들렀었던 곳이지만 이번 여행 때만 방문한 공항이 총 6곳이다. 가히 야구장 투어라기보다는 공항 투어가 아닐런지...... ㅋ
(I think the place the most visiting is airport with ball park looking into this itinerary. I dropped in Chicago-Ohare International Airport in February, anyway visiting airport this traveling is total 6 place. Don't think Airport tour instead of Ball park...... @.@)
세 도시를 방문한 만큼 각각의 도시별로 야구장 투어 - 관광 - 야구 게임 이렇게 3가지 주제와 정리글까지 쓰면 아마도 총 10 ~ 12개의 글을 쓰게 될 것 같다. 물론 글에 들어가는 사진보다 더 많은 사진을 보유하고 있고, 이미 편집 정리도 마친 상태이기는 하나, 사진은 블로그 이사 작업을 마친 후에 올리게 되지 않을까 싶다.
(I'll plan to post separating each other cities as visiting 3 cities and 3 subject of park tour - traveling - baseball game and final arrangement writing , I think I post total 10 to 12 writing. Of course I have more photographs than photographs in writing, I already do photos working, but I think I post more photographs after moving from previous blog to this blog.)
2) [2015 MLB TOUR] 밀워키, 미국 속의 작은 유럽(Milwaukee, A small Europe in America)
밀워키에서 묶었던 호텔은 브룩필드 지역에 위치해있었다. 시카고에서 사시는 부사장님께 들으니 브룩필드 지역이 부유한 동네라 상대적으로 안전하다고 하셔서 더 안심하고 예약할 수 있었다. 호텔 시설도 나름 가격 대비 괜찮은 편이긴 하였지만 직원들은 좀 불친절하다고 생각했었다. 지금 생각하면 친절하지는 않았어도 내가 영어를 못해서 그 사람들도 적잖이 당황하지 않았었나 싶기도 하다. 미국이 예전에는 인종 차별이 심했고, 현재도 은근히 있다는 이야기는 들었지만 그래도 많은 부분을 차지하는 건 언어 문제인 것 같았다. 왜 우리도 외국인들이 다른 언어로 길 물어보면 당황하지 않는가...... (난 이제 안 그럴거야, 못하는 영어로라도 친절하게 대답해줘야지!!!)
(Hotel staying me in Milwaukee located area of Brookfield. My vice-president living in Chicago said a area of Brookfield relatively safes as rich town, so I could reserve with an easy mind. Hotel's facilities was good price compared to value, but I thought staffs were unkind. for now I'm thinking they are unkind and they are a bit embarrassed so I can't speak English. I heard racial discrimination was so harsh before and one remains a little bit present, but anyway I thought the most reason couldn't do communication by different languages . Why are we embarrassed that foreigners ask the way in their languages...... I won't do that... I can't speak English well, but as long as possible I'll kindly answer!!!)

밀워키를 2박 3일의 일정으로 소화했었기에 둘째날이 실질적으로 관광할 수 있는 마지막날이었다. 밀러파크 투어는 할 수 없었지만 그나마 다행인 건 낮경기가 열렸었기 때문에 오후에서 저녁 시간은 충분했었으나, 밀워키의 상징인 맥주 투어를 시간관계상 할 수 없었다는 것이 아쉬운 부분으로 남아있다. 물론 난 알콜이 들어간 음료는 그닥 좋아하지 않는 편이라 큰 아쉬움으로 남진 않았고, 빡빡한 일정을 소화하는 것도 싫어하는 편이라 그나마 여유로움을 만끽하면서도 알차게 일정을 보냈던 것 같다.
(I planned to stay 3 days and 2 nights in Milwaukee and the second day was the last day to sightsee in substance. I couldn't do Miller park tour, but it was fortunately enough time from afternoon to night due to open day game, I felt something lacking I couldn't do beer tour symbolic of Milwaukee in the interests of time. Of course I don't like drinking include alcohol and it remained a big inconvenience and I don't like to digest a tight schedule, I thought it took a fruitful time with enjoying relaxed.)
밀러 파크 경기가 끝난 후에는 밀워키 시내로 이동하는 버스가 많은데 특히, 시내의 바에서 운영하는 무료 셔틀 버스도 많이 있으니 그것을 이용하는 것도 괜찮아보인다. 원래는 바의 홍보 목적으로 운영되는 버스라서 도착 후에는 음식이나 음료를 시켜야 했었던 듯 하나, 그냥 가도 뭐라고 말하는 점주나 직원은 없었다. 그래도 술을 좋아하는 사람들은 한두잔씩 마시고 일정을 소화하는 것도 괜찮을 것이라 확신한다.
(After game at Miller park, there are many bus to downtown in Milwaukee, especially there are many free shuttle bus managing bars of downtown, so it looks like using this one. Originally I thought I ordered some food or drinking after arriving as bus managing purpose of marketing, but there were nothing what saying anybody. Anyway I'm sure it's good that people enjoying drink have one or a couple of drink.)
일요일 오후라 그랬는지 시내가 너무나도 조용하고 한적한 느낌이었다. 도로에 나와있는 차들도 많지 않았고, 공원조차도 매우 조용했는데 원래 이런 분위기를 참 좋아하는데다 시내 풍경 자체가 너무나 아름다워서 기분이 절로 좋아졌던 것 같다.
일단 아이폰 충전을 해야하는 상황이어서 근처 스타벅스에 들어갔다. 주문을 하려고 하는데 아르바이트하고 있던 직원이 한국분이었던 것이다. 밀워키에 한국인들이 거의 없다고 반겨주시면서 나에게 공짜로 음료 한 잔을 주셨고, 난 그에 대한 보답으로 간단한 과일 도시락을 구입해서 먹으며 잠시 휴식을 취할 수 있었다. 거의 10년동안 고모분과 함께 살면서 공부하고 있다고 하셨고, 서로 블로그 주소와 인스타그램 주소를 주고 받으며 연락하기로 했었는데 내가 마음의 여유가 없어서 아직도 연락하지 못하고 있다. 이제 슬슬 연락해봐야지...!!!
(I felt downtown was very quiet and peaceful so Sunday afternoon. There weren't a lot of cars in road and the park was very quiet and I love this atmosphere and view of downtown is pretty beautiful, so I naturally feel better.
Once I had to charge my iphone, so I went into Starbucks. When I ordered something, the part time staff meeting me was Korean. He greeted me cause Korean is rarely in there and he gave a cup of Frappuccino in free and I bought and ate a small lunch of fruit, I was shortly able to take a rest. He told me that he was studying for 10 years with his aunt, we gave and took my blog's address and his Instagram address at each other, but I can't still touch with him cause I'm so busy in mind. Lately I'll leisurely touch with him...!!!)

한국인 직원분께 밀워키 아트 뮤지엄에 가는 방법을 물어본 후 다시 길을 나섰다. 길을 나서기 전, 스타벅스 반대편에 매우 웅장한 건물이 보였고, 멋진 가톨릭 성당일거라 생각하며 열심히 사진을 찍은 후 그 정체를 확인해 봤더니 내 눈을 믿을 수가 없었다. 바로 시청이었던 것.......
시청 건물 뿐만이 아니라 가는 도중 늘어선 많은 건물들도 유럽의 어느 한 도시에 와 있는 듯한 착각을 불러일으킬 정도로 이채롭고 특색있는 분위기를 연출하고 있었다.
(I restarted to ask how to get to the Milwaukee ark museum to Korean staff. Before starting, I saw wonderful structure opposite the Starbucks and I was thinking wonderful Catholic church, I verified the structure's true after taking picture, but I couldn't believe my eyes. That is City hall in Milwaukee.......
The other structures was showing unusual and special image as creating an illusion in which city of Europe further this city hall.)

드디어 내가 이 날 가려고 했던 밀워키 아트 뮤지엄에 도착했다. 미술관 내부를 둘러볼 수 있을 만한 시간을 맞출 수는 없었으나, 건물 자체가 세계적으로도 명물로 손꼽히는만큼 외부라도 꼭 둘러보고 가기로 마음먹었는데 정말 소문대로 멋진 장관을 연출하고 있었다. 국내 모 자동차 CF의 배경으로도 쓰였던 곳으로 아테네 주 올림픽 경기장을 설계한 스페인의 건축가 산티아고 칼라트라바(Santiago Calatrava)의 미국 첫 프로젝트였으며, 타임지가 2001년 최고의 디자인으로 선정했다고 한다.
(Finally I arrived to Milwaukee art museum that I wanted to go this day. It wasn't enough time around inside, but I try to go around only outside as famous structure in the world, I could show great spectacle as people say. This used background of vehicle's CF in Korea and This structure was the first project of Santiago Calatrava who designed main Olympic stadium of Athens of Spain's architect, this one was selected the best design at Time magazine in 2001.)
한 마리의 새가 미시간호를 향해 날아오르려는 듯한 형상으로 아침에 날개를 펴고, 정오에 날개를 접는 건축물로 시드니의 오페라하우스처럼 이 건물 자체가 밀워키의 랜드마크로 자리잡고 있다고 한다. 그런데 내가 사진을 잘 못 찍은 것 같은 게 제대로 된 위치를 못 잡았나보다. 게다가 관련 정보를 찾아보니 내부도 들어가봤으면 상당히 흥미로웠을 것 같은데 그 부분도 아쉽다. 나중에 또 갈 기회가 되면 꼭 내부도 둘러봐야겠다.
(This is a structure which it spreads wings in the morning and fold wings at noon figuration like a bird fling up into the Lake Michigan, this one is taking Milwaukee's landmark as Opera house of Sydney. But I thought I didn't take some pictures well so I didn't find exactly location. Besides when I researched connection information, I think I satisfied pretty if I enter inside, but I'm also sorry about that part. If I can go this place again in the future, I'll certainly look around inside.)
밀워키 아트 뮤지엄 옆에는 디스커버리 월드란 건물이 있다. 사실 이 곳에 도착하기 전 길을 헤매서 중간에 여러 사람들에게 요청했을 때 이 곳까지 같이 설명해줘서 잘 찾을 수 있었다. 그런데 실상 바로 시내 옆이었던 것을 너무 먼 길을 돌아왔었던 것 같다... :)
(There is structure calling Discovery world next to Milwaukee art Museum. When I asked for help cause I lost my way before arriving here, they explained well include Discovery world and I could find that. I thought I came turning long distance, actually this just located next to downtown. :) )

해 지는 밀워키 아트 뮤지엄을 감상하는 것이 이 날의 마지막 일정이었다. 2박 3일의 너무나도 짧은 일정이 아쉽게 느껴졌었지만 두 도시를 더 가야했기 때문에 그것으로 위안을 삼을 수 있었다.
시카고 주위에 있는 중소 도시라 그런지 사람들에게 약간 시크한 느낌을 받았고, 이미 한국에서도 그런 분위기에서 지내온 상황이라 약간 나와는 맞지 않는 곳이라고 생각하긴 했지만 그래도 조용하고 안전하게 느껴진 곳이었다. 물론 경유지였던 시카고 오헤어 공항으로 가는 버스 안에서 만난 베카라는 여성은 예외였지만 말이다. 캐나다 토론토의 한 병원에서 일하고 있다는 그녀는 상냥함을 가지고 있었고, 레포츠를 자주 즐기는 것 같아보였다. 밀워키가 고향이라 집에 왔다 다시 직장으로 돌아가는 중이라고 했었다.
(Watching Milwaukee art museum to set the sun was the last schedule this day. I felt sad so short schedule of 3 days and 2 nights, but I had to go to two cities more, so I got comforting about it.
I got curt feeling about Milwaukee people so middle city near Chicago and I thought I disagree with them, so I'm living like that's air in here, but I can feel quite and safe. Of course, it wasn't exception Beka who I met in bus to Chicago O'hare airport. she working a hospital in Toronto, Canada was nice and to look like enjoying leports. She said she came home and went to work as Milwaukee is her hometown.)
여행의 또 다른 묘미가 바로 소중한 만남들인 것 같다. 그것이 이후에 어떤 영향을 미칠지는 전혀 깨닫지 못하고 있었지만......
